To place an order: Simply click the “buy now” button. Your shopping cart will be displayed and the item will be added to your shopping cart. You can now continue shopping or checkout.

Shipping: Items that are in stock will ship in 1-3 business days. Most items are made to order and will ship from 3-7 days. Custom orders for gemstones that are NOT in inventory may take up to 14 days. All items are shipped UPS ground. UPS provides excellent service in package tracking, delivery confirmation, and speedy shipping. Stamatia Jewelry Design insures every delivery for total value at no extra cost to the customer. Rush delivery is available by request.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number, and the total amount to be charged. You will receive a UPS tracking number when the item is shipped.

Cancellation: As every design is individually handmade when it is ordered, if you wish to cancel your order, please do so up to 24 hours after your order has been placed.

Returns and exchanges: Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know.

Return policy: Refunds will be made for item price minus return shipping costs. They must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise with original receipt. All jewelry must be unaltered and in the same condition in which it was received. Please package your returning items in the original packaging and send it IN A BOX. Padded envelopes are not protective enough and may damage the items. Stamatia Jewelry Design is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail.

Exchange policy: If you would like to exchange an item, contact us by email for exchange authorization code and indicate what item you want in exchange. Please package your returning items in the original packaging and send it IN A BOX. Paded envelopes are not protective enough and may damage the items. Please also insure your package. We cannot exchange your item or issue store credit if your package is lost or damaged in the mail.

Repairs: Return the product within 30 days and we will repair the item for free (you must pay shipping charges and insurance).

Items on sale: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Privacy policy: Stamatia Jewelry Design does not sell, exchange, or release your personal information (name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card data, etc.) to any third parties without your consent. Stamatia Jewelry Design only contacts individuals who specifically request that we do so. Stamatia Jewelry Design only collects identifying information from our users during use of (1) a contact form, or (2) opt-in mailing list, and (3) during the checkout process at our online store. Generally, this information includes name, e-mail address, postal address, user comments and, in the case of the online store, credit card transaction and shipping information. This information is used strictly for internal purposes.
